Tokyo, Oct. 10, Officials deny that a definite selection of delegates to the Arms Conference has yet been made, though it is known that Baron Shidehara visited Mr. Wakatsuki this morning, apparently for the purpose of inviting him to head the delegation.
It is generally believed that he will accept while Mr. Takarabe and Mr. Matsudaira are expected to be included in the delegation-Reuter.
