Interference in his domestic affairs by a married man was ab jected to by the father of a young girl, with the result that the intru- der, who paid a secret visit to the residence of the girl at 2 o'clock this morning, was set upon by the Indignat father. It was further evealed that the complainant was a married man and was followed to the defen- dant's house by his wife..
His Worship remarked to the complainant that he seemed to be a bad man, the complainant reply- ing that the girl's mother was with them all the time.
His Worship pointed out to the defendant that he should not have stabbed the complainant, and bound both parties over in sums of $50 to be of good behaviour for
six months.
