RUSSIAN CAMPAIGN, AGAINST BORDER CITIES.
Tokyo, Sept. 10. The Rengo correspondent at Harbin telegraphs that early this morning six Soviet planes flew over Pogranichnays and dropped thres bombs on the station, and two in the street, according to a message from Mulin, forty miles west of Pogranichnaya.
The same report states that the population of Mulin ware thrown into consternation by a report that the Soviet planes were flying toward Mulin with the head- quarters of the Chinese garrison ad their objective-Reuter,
Damage at Sulfenho,
Peking, Sept. 10. A message from Harbin says it is confirmed that the Saffenho railway station has been destroy- ed by bombs from Soviet aero planes, causing more than thirty casualties.
Thereupon the railway staff decamped rather than be struck, also The Customis staff has left Sulfenho, and at present is staying at Muling.
Four troop trains left Harbin for Suifenho on Sunday to rein- force the Chinese garrison.

Information extracted from the first and second prisoners led to another polico visit to a floor at No. 99,. Firat Street, where the first prisoner was living with the fourth prisoner, who was his wife.
