An application on behalf of the Tungar Press Company, Limited, for an extension of time in which to file an allotment of shares was granted by the Chief Justice' (Sir Henry Gollan) in, the Supreme Court the morning. Mr. Hin- Shing 1o, Instructed by Mr. J. M. Hall, of Messrs. Lyson and Hall, made the application on behalf of the Company. He explained that the Company was Incorporated as a public company, on March 25, 1929, with a nominal capital, of $300,000, divided into 30,000 shares of $10 each. On March 28," thin year, a declaration on behalf of the Company by Harry Hong-aling, secretary and one of the directors, that the conditions of section 80 of the Companies Ordinanco, 1911, had been complied with, was filed with the Registrar of Companies, On the same day a certificate, was lasued which enabled them to com- mence business.
