RESULTS.

The first round of the Canton Amateur Billiards Association Championship for the Findlater Cup, has

now been completed. The following are the results;

LAWN TENNIS.

TWO MATCHES IN THE MIXED

DOUBLES LEAGUE.

Two matches were played in the Mixed Doubles League yesterday, the Kowloon C.C. and Chinese R.C. winning from Club de Herreio and Kowloos Bowling Green Club respac- tively. The Chinese R.C. have now completed their programme.

Kowloon CC, entertained Club de Recreio and won by eight sets to one.

T. Lay and Mrs. McCaw (K.C.C.) beat Barretto and Miss Assumpcno. 6.0, beat G. Noronha and Miss Alves 6-1, beat 11. Noronha and 31iss

Mr. D. Latimer defented Mr. Lee Man-sik by 142 points. This match was played off at the Canton Customa Club. Mr. Lee Man-slk

Mr. A. E. Osmund defeated Petty Officer S. D. Duy on the Canton Club table: Mr. Osmund played the best gante witnessed so far and defeated his opponent by the large margin of 252 points. He also made the largest break made in the championship so far, 48. The game started slowly, the first hundred being marked up, only after 35 minutes; Osmund thea seemed to settle down wonderfully and scored the other four hundred points in an hour, going out at 500 to his opponent's 248.

Mr. G... Maggs defeated Mr. J. Baud at the Clab Lusitano by 280 without points. The game was
