KOWLOON PROPERTY, SOLD FOR $13,800.
Section A of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 1,127 with No. 6 Ningpo Street thereon was sold by public auction yesterday at the China Auction Rooms to Mr. Yau Klam-fo for $13,800, The upset price was $12,000 while the minimum bid was $200.
Bidding opened briskly but slowed down somewhat towards the end, and in bids of $800 and $200, the price rose to $13,800, the properly belug knocked down to Mr. Yau for that sum.
