Colorado Springs, June 13. Before the adjournment, four Governors of oil-producing States passed a resolution recommending the appointment of a commission by Mr. Hoover and the executives of eleven oil-producing States to consider the subject of conserva- tion of oil and gas resources.

The Governors considered that development of a wound, general policy of co-operation and Co- ordination of State and national anthority was not only desirable but essential, and advocated uniform legislation in the matter,
