Labour Party at Present Have Majority Over All Others.
NO HINT OF LIBERAL REVIVAL.
The results of the Genera! Election polling in 216 of the 615 parliamentary constituencies have now been declared. These show a decided awing in favour of the Labour Party, which has not only regained a great majority of the industrial senta lost in 1924, but has won other constituencies from both the Conservatives and the. Liberals,
The Conservative Party, up to the present, has suffered a severe set-back, while there is no sign yet of the most-talked-of Liberal revival.
The Labour Party has a clear majority of 24 over both parties, and it is notable 'that its present representation of 120 compares with 63 for the same seats at the last election.
One of the most notable Labour gains was secured at Acton, where Sir Harry Brittain, who won on a majority vote against three other candidates in 1924, was defeated by Mr.
