When the District Court Martial continued the hearing yesterday of the charges against Corporal Charles Hendry, in connexion with the alleged embezzlement of $1,300, the property of the Presi- dent of the Regimental Institute, the Judge Advocate, Mr. Somerset Fitzroy, hinted at further provced inge.
It was at the opening of the afternoon Session of the Court that the Judge advised Major Ogilvie that he need not answer questione which might be incriminating in subsequent proceedings, and Strellett continued lila cross-cx- amination of the former P. R. I.
