That the authorised capital of the Company (which la now $3,600,000 divided into 720,000 shares of the nominat value of $5 each, the whole of which have been issued) be increased to $5,000,000 by the creation. of 280,000 additional shares of the nominal value of $5 each ranking ns from date of allot- ment for dividend and in all other respects pari passu with the shares constituting the Issued - present Company's
capital.
2. That 80,000 of the anid 280,000 offered additional shares bo forthwith in the first instance (In the proportion of ono new share for every completo num- ber of nine existing shares held by them respectively) to the members of the Company who on the 6th day of May, 1929, are registered in the Company's Share Register as the holders of the sald 720,000 shares at par and so that on acceptance of the offer the full nominal amount of $5 due in respect of ench such share taken up shall be paid not later than the 41h day of July, 1929. ·
