Reliable Chinese reports state that the Wang-Yoshizawa agrée- mont includes:
Firstly, the immediate with drawal of Japanese forces from Shantung, after the agreement has been formally signed.

Thirdly, China and Japan will appoint a joint commission, with delimited powers, to investigate
the incident.
Fourthly, both will make "en- passionate grants" to the other's' nationals for damages suffered.

Tokyo, Mar. 24. As regards the settlement of the Tainan affair it is understood that the withdrawal of troops will commence as soon as a formal agreement is signed...
It is expected the evacuation will be completed before the end af May.
