Loss of Two Old Howlers,

It has been our sad experience during the year under review to suffer the loss of two of Hongkong's oldest and best-known bowlers. I refer to the defalse of Mr. W. G. Gerrard and Mr. David Harvey. It is not easy for myself, who was so closely en sociated with them both, to refer to so great a loss.

Both Mr. Gerrard and Mr. Harvey were the members of the first team 10
