The first session of the Church of England Diocesan Conference 'was held at the Cathedral Hall yesterday, when the Dean, the Very Rev. Alfred Swann, propos- ed the introduction of a new Con- stitution to the Conference, which was seconded by Rev. C. B. Shanu.
