In the course of his evidence, Bernson, the only ore. witness of the affair, stated that after the blow had been struck he went out of the cabin to get a fireman, leav- ing Zetterberg by himself lying on the bunk. When witness re turned he found that Zetterberg was in a chair.
Replying to his Lordship on this point, Mr. Fitzroy said that either Zetterberg was still alive then or he was moved to the chair by somebody.
