Dovey, Bishan Singh and P. M. Hodgson.
Before asking Mr. Wolfe to declare the premises open, Mr. Mow Fang thanked the gueste most cordially for their attend- ance. They had gathered under most auspicious circumstances, he said, and mentioned that they were to witness the formal opening of the club and also to congratulato Dr. Ta on the honour recently conferred on him by H.
