Under the hausa flag of the Ho Hong S. 8. Company, the Hong Kheng, ax Ling Nain, registered lier firat appearance in the port yester day. Opportunity was taken to celebrate the occasion by throwing the vessel open to visitors and no less than 700 guests visited the vesel between noon and 5 pm.
The vessel was decorated with onsigns and greenery, while the orchestra of the St. Francis Hotel, Satur. 3rd Nov at 7am having arrived by s.s.
