SAVAGE BULL PENS WOULD DE RESCUER IN STABLE,
One farm worker was killed and Another is in hospital through being attacked by a bull on Manor Farm, Hollingbourne, near Maidstone, re- cently.
When Charles Eaves went to take the bull from the orchard to the stable the animal knocked him to the ground and both horne pierced his chest. He died almost Immediately.
William Maitland went to his-as- sistance and dragged the beast, by moans of the ring through its nose, to the stable. But here the bull puthed him into a corner and atood between him and the door.
He was able to escape, however, when a man answered his shouts and was taken to hospital with. a. dislocated shoulder and an, Injured
