OBITUARY.
MR, WONG CHAK-MAN. News was receiveil by telegram in Hongkong yesterday of the death in Canton yesterday morning of Mr. Wong Chak-man, father of Dr. Wong Tsz-chuen, a well known local Chinese medical practitioner. Death is anid to have been sudden.
The deceased was a cousin of Professor C. Y. Wang of the Hong-, kong University, Dr. Wang Chung- hui the recently appointed Chinese jurist at the Hague and Dr. C. C. Wang. He was the proprietor of two Chinese newspapers. in Can- tion, one of them the Kwok Wah Yat Po.
Fifty-eight years of age, he $8 survived by eight sons and daugh- tera, to whom the sympathy of a large circle of friends in Hongkong will go in their and bereavement.
