Motorists everywhere are trying and buying the new World" Morris
HE new Morris "World" models were
ing that short time they have fully proved how well they filled a long felt need. For this is a car typically British in workmanship, in per- formance, and in economy. And in its design are embodied those features essential for uni- versal motoring. The World" radiator com- bines handsome lines with ample cooling power; the re-designed chassis spells strength with comfort; the Dunlop "buttressed" tyres add to that comfort and ensure big mileage. In the "World" Morris you buy a car that will do 30 miles per gallon of petrol; 1,000 miles per gallon of oil; that will give you ten years honest service, and this year still better bodies, still more models, still greater value. Is it any wonder that motorists everywhere are trying and buying the "World" Morris ?

The modern standard well-base rim is the seme of safety, and I have seen demonstrations which bave conclusively proved its
fficiency.
It is to be regretted that there should exist any possibility of con- fusion in connection with rim dimensions, for us far as can be iseen at present, purchasers of a ear, with rins of non-standard dimensions will be permanently tied to the make of tyre originally fitted to the cur:
It is not pleasant to imagine an owner-driver with a bad burst wandering from garage to garage in the hope of getting a tyre to replace one which has ended its life upon a non-standard rim.
GIANT MOTOR 'BUS.
For Use in London.
A Six-Wheeled alumínium mon- ster, which seats 66 people, and is claimed to be the largest motor us in the world, has just appeared upon the streets of London, like some invention out of a tale by Jules Verne,
It is made of aluminium, and it has two decks and six wheels. For the comfort of the passengers, and to lessen the wear and tear of the streets, the usual solid tyres have been" discarded in favour of Dun- lop pneumatics, and the upper decki Lof the bus is covered in to protect
the occupants from the rain.
There are seats on the two decks for 66 people, and the vehicle is 29ft. long. It is being tested now with another huge bus, some 4in. shorter, and made of steel. Whichever of the twin monsters proves to be the most reliable will be selected as a model for a fleet of others to case the traffic problem on the streets of London.
