The Oficial Receiver (M:, E. L. Agassiz) 'said that a debtor's peti- tion had been filed on September 15 and a receiving order was made on the 29th of September. meeting of creditors was held on the 11th when a resolution was passed by the requisite majority for adjudication and the appoint- ment of the Official Receiver as trustee.
