I am directed by the Board of Trade to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 324 Instant, transmitting for their consideration a Copy of a Despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong proposing the erection of three lighthorised in that Colony, and asking for the opinion of this Board as to the expectionsy of erecting the Lights in the proposed situations and for any suggestions which they may have to offer upon the subject
