In accordance with instruchen's contained in your letters of lf 1⁄2 January and 5th Fibruary 1873 I have several times seen. Mr. Morsom, relative to the Water supply of Hong Kong - A report from him is returned with the other papers. I have embodied the insformation as briefly as possible in my report.
I have also seen Mr Price several lines and have looked over the Plans, defails and reports with him. Mr Price took the papers to look over and drew up a shoot
uport which is sent with the other
documents.
