Among recent orders is one from the Hongkong 'Government · Fire Brigade for a rortable Leyland pump with B.S.A. combination. New Type of Motor Boat.
Particulars have come to hand of a craft which as a Motor Bant must stand in a class by itself. It is one of those slim Candes fitted with Outrigger Floats of the type which the natives of the Far East Indies have used for ages past. Carved out of a solid tree trunk this unusual craft has been clever- ly adapted by a keen marine motorist in the Dutch East Indies.
