ESCAPES BANDITS.
CAPTAIN OF CHICHUEN GETS AWAY WITH SHIP.
Shanghai, July- 11. Captain Samuel Fisher, from San Francisco, master of the steamer Chichuen, who was 'cap- tured by bandits while steamer wes aground in the upper Yang- take, escaped from the bandité and. rafloated the Chicuen after re- pairing her. He safely reached Ichang on the 9th Inst. The com- pradore is still in the hands of the bandits-Reuter.
