TROOP CONCERT.
AT CHEER-O Y.M.C.A. LAST NIGHT.
Yet another very enjoyable con- cort, organised by Mr. Eric Howell, was given at the popular Cheer-O Y.M.C.A. in Chater Road last night. Special mention must be made of Mrs. Minney and Mr. G. McLeod for their plenging rendering of song items. The humorous side of the entertainment was catered for by Drummer Steward, who kept the audience in an uproar, and Mr. W. Johnstone who delighted the Scotch element by his clever Lauderian items.
Others contributing to the pro- gramme were Mr. Dormer, Mrs. Bone, Mr. Paterson, Sgt. Donmall and Mr. Fountain, who was the ac- companist.
Credit is due to the ladies who, by their indefatigable efforts, help ed to make the evening so enjoy- able for the "boys.”
