After seven hours deliberation Ja Toronto jury has found Mrs. Myra Fisher, formerly of Notting- ham, and Thomas Vaughan, a farm hand, not guilty of the murder of Mr. Albert Fisher, the woman's husband, who also came to Canada' from Nottingham. Mr. Fisher's body was found badly burned"after, a garage fire, and it was later. dis- covered that his skull was frac- tared. An alleged friendliness between Mrs. Fisher and Vaughan aroused suspicion, which aggravated by Mre. Fisher's al- legation that her husband treated her badly.
