Swatow, June 8. The authorities hero have or- dered the arrest of the two mana- gers of the Tai Hing 9.8. Co. whose vessel the Tai Hing turned turtle two days ago while proaching Swatow, resulting in the loss of a number of lives.
The charge against these two « men is that their steamer licensed to carry 350 passengers, while they carried 800 on the un- fortunate trip.
