11. Medical Certificates. All members wishing to obtain sick duty on leuve or exemption from Medical Grounds will obtair: a Medien! Certificate from a Medical Officer of the Corps,

Medical Officers will notify the Senior Medical Officer of such certi- fientes issued and will immediately render a report to him whether they have granted any sick leave recently stating particulars of cause and dates.

The Senior Medical Officer will keep a register of all certificates issued and no man, whose name does not appear on this roll will be cre- dited with sick leave. He will notify the Adjutant of all sick leave granted for including in orders.

To meet the requirements of this order it is quite sufficient for a mem- ber on falling sick to report in writing to a Medical Officer of the Corps pro- vided the letter be accompanied by a certificate from his Medical Adviser.
