Old Memories Reviewed. "Queen's College" was submit- ted by the chairman, Mr. G. Grimble, who mentioned that it had been his honour to propose the toast of their old school for three successive years. In spite of that there was much he could say which he had not said before. Kipling had said that of all things in this world, that most worthy of ad miration was a good school, and he proposed to make that his text. Mr. Grimble revived memories of his old schooldays and puid a tribute to Dr. Stewart, Dr. Bate- son Wright, Mr. Faulkner, Mr. May and Mr. Arthur, some of the old headmasters who had done so much to plate Queen's College in its present position of eminence in the educational life of the Colony-enjoyable evening and it had given him real pleasure to meet the Q. C. O. B. A. It had been in his mind for some time that a Hong- kong Old Students' Association was very desirable, though he hal come to the conclusion that school associations were the most stable.
