They started the season thin the other somewhat later clubs, but once they established a lead, did not look back. In the first six matches, they only dropped two points by a draw. with the Hong kong C. C., but had their colours lowered in the seventh game by the Scottish Borderers, J. C. Lyal proved himself a most eflleient cap- tain and his personal enthusiasm for the game had a very great eflect in getting the best out of the aide.
