The object of this Bill is incorporate the Directors of the Position ft 2nd 3rd 4th 61 Japanese Residents' Association of Hongkong in order to able them to hold 'immovable property in perpetual succession. The advantages of incorport lon are obvious. The Bill follows the general form of incorporation Or- dinances.

Yesterday's big tennis game in the Open Championship Singles was between the ex-champion, Ng Sze-kwong, and E. C. Fincher, and resulted in a win for the former after closely-played muteli which lasted over two hours. The players were hinder- ed by the wet state of the ground, but that did not greatly detract from the standard of play.

At the beginning, Ng Sze-kwong played strongly, placing well and using force, while Fincher's play 8th way not such as to cause his opponent much trouble. Finchor showed improvement in the third aet, Ng Szc-kwong seeming to be to take matters more content easily, but both men put up a stir- ring fight for the fourth set, when Fincher was leading by the odd Fincher gume. from the start. played more carefully in the final set, but found the ex-champion a little too good for him.

Berlin, April 1. After private sittings an Anglo- Russian Joint Advisory Committee has made a statement that it has reached complete unity as regards International Trade Union Unity and that the resolutions adopted will be submitted for ratification by the General Congress of the British Trade Union Council and the equivalent Russian organisa- tion.

It is understood that the ques- tion of the affiliation of Russian Unions to the Amsterdum Inter- national was discussed and that a recommendation on the matter was made which it is hoped will remove the Russian objections to Joining it.

An agreement was apparently reached on the question of mutual non-interference in domestic affairs-Reuter.
