Asia's Finest City.
In the second place, Hongkong isecidedly the most beautiful und utterly fascinating city or port upon the eastern coast of Asia, possessing one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.

During the day the twe instances occurred in which isolated bodies attempted to make the journey without official permission-one at Boundary and Hanan Roads, the other at the Makham Road Bridge.
Splendid Highways.

Caesar liked fat men. That is his point of difference with Signor Mussolini. In those confessions of more than Augustinian interest which Il Duce is giving to curious world he has set forth his peculiar repugnance to convexi-i les. "I detest fat" he says it very loud and clear-"I am unre- lenting in that. I give no quarter to those who allow their bodies in to become laden with rolls of bur- dersone and unnecessary feeh. I have no compassion on them." Even family love cannot evercome this aversion. He has to com- plain of his own brother, Arnaldo, as excessively rotund and therein beyond the pale of sympathy The unfortunate Arnaldo proved unable to hold the pace on a Fascist march, and bis more than Roman brother would not
