discussed at great length, with the aid of the officers mentioned, the contingent expenditure for carrying out these works, and recommend that your Lordship should be requested in the first instance to cause the Crown Agents to be instructed, lo order the Lights for Cape D'Aquilar and for Cape Collinson to be frocured and sent one to the "Colony without delay. - 4 In Mr Price's Report there is much information, which will doubtless be of considerable value to the Manufacturers,
