With the object of effecting the retrocession of the British Concession at Tientsin an Anglo-Chinese Commission is being formed there. Regarding the British Concession at Kukiang, it is reported that the British Consular flag was re-hoisted there en Monday with due ceremonial, Chinese authorities attending a reception.
At lchang, where it was reported that an incident had occurred between stevedores and a raval party as a consequence of which the Labour Unions were demanding the withdrawal of all British forces, the situation is a litle cngier,
