In connection with the Ladies' Section of the Royal Hongkong Golf Club, a prize hus bean present- ed for a Bogey Competition re stricted to nursing sletera, school teachers, and any other ladies whose pecupation prevents them from catering an ordinary competi- tion.
The "competition will be played on the now course at Fanling be tween 22nd December, 1926, and 15th January, 1927, under Bogey conditions handicap, being
allowed. Any number of cards may be taken out. The book in the Ladies' Club House must be algn
ed before starting.

FOOTBALL INCIDENT.
TWO SUSPENSIONS.
A meeting of the Emergency Committee of the H.K.F.A. and the Army Command Football Com- mittee was held last evening, to consider the circumstances lend- ing up to the R. A. team leaving the field of play, during their game with the Police on Saturday last, also for Whittingdon of the same team, being ordered off the field by the referee.
The joint Committees suspended Loach for the remainder of the season for ordering the R. A. team to leave the field, and suspended Whittingdou for eight weeks for ungentlemanly conduct and threat- ening the referee.
The R. A. representative pre- sent apologised to the Committees, and regretted the incident, and said that steps would be taken o prevent a recurrence.
