FOURTH DESTROYER FLOTILLA "UNDER ORDERS.

The Fourth Destroyer Flotilla has been ordered to China and is now taking in munitions
and
stores.
The flotilla will probably leave this afternoon.
The cruiser Caradoc may company the destroyers-Router.
The Caradoc is 4,120 tons, arm- ed with five 6-inch and two 3-inch guns and four 3-pounders, and be longs to the 3rd. Cruiser Squadron in the Mediterranean. She wis recommissioned at Devonport on Feb. 16 this year. She is of simi- r type to the Carlisle of the China station.
