IN SUN ING CASE.
Ong of the twenty, defendants in the Sunning cane was discharged by Mr. R. E, Lindsell at the Central Magistracy yesterday afternoon. He is the ship's carpenter and was charged along with the others by reason the fact that over a thousand dollars were found in his possession when he was taken on board the Bluebell.
The Sunning's stevedore, who was also taken in. the boat had given evidenco that the pirates. handed over the money to the
ship's carpenter when the Bluebe" appeared..

When The Bluebell Came.. Surgeon Lieut. Ranklin of HMS Bluebell gave evidence yesterday. afternoon. and said that after leat ing the Sunning they proceeded to wards Bias Bay. About noon they bighted a ship's boat and nine of its 'ten occupants were taken on board. A tenth man get his foot om the ladder, and then returned to the boat. He was then seen to dive overboard.
