"MALAYA.” having arrived, Consignees of cargo are hereby informed that all goods, are being landed and stored at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardous Godowns of The Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Go,, Ltd., whence delivery may be obtained.
This vessel carries part of the cargo originally shipped by the Steamer "Java" which grounded off Lisbon, against which a General Average of 15% will have to be paid by Consignees unless samo has been adjusted by shippers in Conpenhagen, which information will be supplied on presentation of Bills of Lading.
No claims will be admitted after the gooda have left the Godowns, and all goods remaining undelivered after the 20th December 1920, will be subject to rent.
All broken, chafed and damaged goods are to be left in the Godown, where they will be examined by Messrs. Anderson & Asho on the 18th December, 1926, at 10a.m.
All claims must reach us before the 23rd: December 1920, or they will not be recognised.
