FROM EMIGRANT, TO "MILLIONAIRE,
HO HONG ENTERPRISES:
The acquisition by the Ho Hong interests of the large and valuable block of property which housos their Hongkong bank offices Is but another chapter in the intensely interesting history of a business which, orginally founded as private family enterprise, has now grown into a gigantic undertaking embracing almost every line of business. Europe and America have their business magnates, but the Far East can also in like. manner produce its own commer- clal gentusos, and amongst these must be numbered Mr. Lim Peng- sinng, the founder of the Ho Hong "enterprises.
