Race which was, held last evening, covering the distance in the excellent time of 26 mins.. 10.1/5 secs. Mr. Cooke, who is over fifty, was the oldest competitor, and his lead, which he obtained at the start, was never threatened. Bomdr. Norris, RA, took second place, his time being 28 mina, 14 secs., and A. May was third in 28 mins. 52.8/5, secs.
