truthfully described as one of the best war films yet produced.

Date .Fri., Sept. 24, 8 pm, Sat, Sept. 25. 10 am.

The theme of the story is that the actions of a designing, heart-” less woman, in trifling with men's affections, may compare with grim war for the havoc which they create, and around this idea has been woven a gripping story which has the Great War as its back- ground. If it be the case that some of the characters are a trifla overdrawn and that some of the Incidents come within the sphere of the improbable, it can, at the same time, be said that, the ples. ture holds the interest of the au- dience from start to finish. The Sat, Sept. 25. war scenes are particularly vivid, 3 Parcela
