His Worship said he would take the plea as being not guilty, and he fixed next Tuesday, at 2:15 p.m. as being the dite for the hearing of the new charge.
Mr. D. B. Western, who is being named as the defendant in a similar charge, was also remanded until the same date, the two cases to be taken together.
