The case in which allegations of a "laked piracy” have been made, was continued in the Supreme Court yesterday before Sir Henry Gollan, K. C. The claim is by the Kwong Hing firm against Li Kwany, junkronster, for $4,117 damages for breach of agreement to carry goods from Hongkong to Holping.

Mr. H. G. Sheldon appeurs for the plaintiff (instructed by Messrs Johnson, Stokes and Master), and Mr. S. Fitzroy (Instructed by' Messrs. Hall and Hind), appears for the defendant.
