Circular á los Agentes Diplomaticos y Consules de S. M. en el estrangero,

abusos cometidos por algunos buques estrangeros, que, violando las disposiciones de Aduanas vigentes en Filipinas, ucido à la isla de Jolo multitud de efectos de ilicito comercio, municiones y pertrechos de guerra, hán llamado Son de la Reina Nuestra Señora, y, en su consecuencia, se há servido resolver prevenga á V. haga presente á ferno, que, no estando abierto al comercio esterior mas que los puertos de Manila, Sual, Yloilo, y Zamboanga no será Já la bandera estrangera hacer directamente el tráfico con Joló y sus adyacentes, que, con arreglo á las capitulaciones Abril de 1851, forman parte integrante del Archipelago Filipino. De Real órden lo digo á V. con el objeto espresado, de que se dé á la anterior disposicion la mayor publicidad posible para que llegue á conocimiento del comercio de ese Dios guarde á V. muchos años. Madrid 2 de Julio de 1860.

and parcel of the Philippine Archipelago. You will communicate accordingly with the Public Authorities of that the Mercantile Community of the place may be made fully acquainted with the prohibition.-God Preserve You. 2nd July, 1860.
