The show of cut flowers was not so good as in former years, either in quality or number of exhibits. This fact was reflected in the table decoration section, for which there were only three entries.
There were two very large and most attractive exhibits not for competition-one a remarkable col-
lection of vegetables from Sutton's seeds, shown by Mr. Ho Kom-tong, acl the other a fine collection of ferns shown by the Botanical and Forestry Department.
