Two separate investigations are proceeding-one by 4 body of jurists acting under direction of Commissioner of Foreign Affairs Hsu Yuan, and the other under Pang Sze-sung, Secretary to the Civil Governor of Kiangau. The main effort of these investigators, it is known, is being devoted to plans to bring about abolition of the Mixed Court.
