Cape Town, Nov, 16. The president of the Cape African National Congress has made a statement, that the Congress w!!! strenuously oppose Mr. Hertzog's native policy, the object of which is to divide the natives and colour- ed peoples into orders of rule. The natives do not object to complete segregation if the Europeans divíde the country into two parts, with a black Parliament for the blacks uri- connected with the Union Parlia- ment, and subservient to the Imperial Government.
