The Police lost to the K.C.C. at. Happy Valley in a low-scoring match. The Police sleven com- plied 77, and the Kowloon men replied with 108 (Major Ward 31). The Chinese R. C. were at home at Causeway Bay to the Diocesan Boys' School, and the latter easily Batting first, the triumphed.

FAREWELL MATCH.
The Civil Service Club ground saw an interesting contest between club teams captained respectively by the president, Sir Claud Severn, and the captain of the club, Mr. F. J. de Rome. It was in the nature of a special farewell to Sir Clabd Severn in view of his approaching: departure from the Colony, Mrade. Rome on the conclusion presenting: Sir Claud with a cricket ball on 4 silver stond and Mr. P. T. Lambie presenting a pretty rose bowl for Lady Severn. on behalf of the club members.
