It required 135 pounds of butter to make this statue of President Coolidge, on exhibition at the Iowa State Fair, Dos Moines. It is the work of H. J. Wallace, of Lincoln, Neb., noted butter sculptor. Even the marker, with the slogan, “Keep Cool with Coolidge," is butter.
