M. Krassin, who has arrived with M. Kharkoff to participate at the session of the all Ukrainian Central Executive Committee, in an interview in regard to the results of the Locarno Conference, declared that the Security Pact was a means of drawing Germany into the sphere of anti-Soviet policy and preventing her rapprochement with Soviet Russia.-Reuter.
